Not completely happy with your online purchase? No worries! You can return it to us within 2 days of receiving it. Just follow the steps below to make your return smooth and easy.
How to Return Your Purchase
To return your purchase, simply email us at. asftraders1906@gmail.com
In your email, please include:
- Your order number: You can find this in your Order Confirmation email, Dispatch Confirmation email, or in your account if you’re a registered customer.
- The product code of the item you wish to return.
Returnable Items
Changed your mind about an unopened or unused product? No problem! If you let us know why you’d like to return it within 3-4 working days of receiving it, we’ll happily refund the value of the product to your original payment method. Just keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for the return postage.

Are There Any Charges for Returns?
While we don’t charge a restocking fee for returns, please note a couple of things:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
When to Expect Your Refund
Once we’ve processed your refund or replacement order, we’ll send you an email notification. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
